Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of order placement, weekends excluded. Orders ship via USPS standard first class or priority mail. We offer low shipping/handling. Delivery confirmation is included. Sales tax for Georgia residents only. Credit cards are charged upon order placement.

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. Backorders

If a backorder occurs on your item(s), go ahead and order to be placed on a priority wait list. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update you by email with the ship date.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Products returned and postmarked within 30 days of purchase may be eligible for refund. Returns will only be accepted for new lobies in the original packaging. A product return form must be completed and included with the return. If the returned product is eligible for a refund, the refund will be in the amount of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling, provided the return meets the preceding requirements.

Warranty

Lobie has been successfully tested with over 20 different earbud products from various manufacturers. Lobies are manufactured from a soft durometer TPE making it easy to install and remove earbuds as provided in the instructions included with our products. Defective earbud manufacturing and or the misuse of lobie in conjunction with earbuds may pose a slight risk of damage to earbuds. Acousticlobe Inc. makes no warranty expressed or implied and is not responsible for damages to earbuds used with our products. By purchasing lobie, you acknowledge and agree to accept all responsibility for damage to earbuds resulting from the use of this product.
